About the Company: T98 Rehab & Chiropractic, a growing Austin-based chiropractic office specializing in personal injury patients, is seeking a Front Desk Assistant. Previous chiropractic experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. The position involves working at our South Location on Mondays and Wednesdays, and at our Braker Ln and Pflugerville locations on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible individual capable of multitasking in a busy environment. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, assisting patients with rehab exercises and therapy modalities, and handling non-patient care duties such as ordering supplies and cleaning. Clerical tasks include data entry, filing, document scanning, greeting patients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coding and billing insurance claims. The ideal candidate is honest, caring, reliable, customer-focused, and capable of supporting office management and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage patient flow throughout the office.
  2. Assist patients with rehab exercises and therapy modalities.
  3. Order and maintain office supplies.
  4. Perform cleaning responsibilities regularly.
  5. Handle clerical duties such as data entry, filing, document scanning, greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling, and insurance billing.
Required Skills
  1. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong time management, multitasking, and critical thinking skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Mac OS, Chrome, Dropbox is a plus.

  8. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  9. Research skills and technical data management abilities.

Pay Range and Benefits

Hourly pay: $18.00 - $21.00
