LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Assistant to join our patient-centered clinic. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. You will play an important part in helping patients feel comfortable and informed as they move through our clinic.
LifeWorks Wellness Center is one of the largest integrated practices in the U.S. Patients travel from all over the world to receive our holistic, life-changing treatments for chronic health conditions.
Must speak English. Any other language is a plus. Must have excellent interactive communication skills, making patients feel comfortable and at-ease.
While performing the duties of this job, must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds (e.g., restocking supplies). Must be able to move about the reception and clinic area to assist and direct patients. Must be able to move between clinic buildings and navigate stairs as needed.
Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm. This is a full‑time hourly position with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
