Salon Halcyon in Colorado is seeking a friendly, organized Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to greet guests, answer calls, manage appointments, and support the team across our Erie and Longmont locations. You will handle check-ins, upsell Aveda products, assist with social media, and maintain a welcoming, efficient front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phone calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments using salon software
• Check guests in and out accurately
• Recommend and retail Aveda products to guests
• Restock retail products and salon color inventory
• Support salon cleanliness and organization

This position will require working at both our Erie and Longmont locations
