Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a friendly Front Desk and Sales Associate to greet members and guide families through enrollment. You’ll connect with prospective and current members daily in a fast-paced, people-first environment and help ensure a smooth check-in experience.

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle inquiries, support registration, and assist with merchandise. CPR/First Aid/AED certifications are required, and evening/weekend availability is needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and family warmly at check-in and make them feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members with a positive, confident approach.
• Guide families through the student registration process using effective sales and customer service techniques.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, with a solution driven approach.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Make calls to resolve open account issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk, snack area, changing rooms, restrooms, and lobby area.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.

This is a people-first role - you’ll connect with prospective and current members every single day and guide families through enrollment. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet every member and family warmly at check-in and make them feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable learning new software - we’ll train you on our systems.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive about following through on tasks and commitments.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Required to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications through Goldfish Swim School.
• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
