Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Front Desk and Sales Associate to welcome families, answer inquiries, and guide enrollment. This role emphasizes a friendly, proactive approach and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn our systems, support merchandise sales, and maintain a clean front area while assisting with safety and first aid as needed.

Qualifications

• Friendly, people-oriented front desk role welcoming families.
• Willing to learn new software; training provided.
• Organized, dependable, proactive in following through.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications through Goldfish Swim School.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

• Greet every member and family warmly at check-in and make them feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective members with a positive, confident approach.
• Guide families through the student registration process using effective sales and customer service techniques.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, with a solution driven approach.
• Assist families with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Make calls to resolve open account issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk, snack area, changing rooms, restrooms, and lobby area.
• Enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.

Summary: We're looking for a friendly, driven, and detail-oriented Front Desk and Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our Front Desk. This is a people-first role - you'll connect with prospective and current members every single day and guide families through enrollment. • Greet every member and family warmly at check-in and make them feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door.
