Our Front Desk Agent will demonstrate the ability to work independently while delivering excellent guest service. The position is responsible for following basic account procedures to ensure the hotel's operations are complete and accurate. Guest security and safety are top priorities, and the Front Desk role is crucial in ensuring every guest has a pleasant, safe, and secure stay. The role also involves answering guest questions and making recommendations about the hotel and local area, in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures.
