Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking front desk staff at The DAYTONA Hotel, Autograph Collection in Daytona Beach, FL. Join a luxury hospitality team delivering courteous check-in/check-out, guest services, and professional information to visitors.

Responsibilities include processing payments per policies, generating daily reports, and coordinating with Housekeeping to resolve room-status discrepancies. Flexible shifts and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
