Job summary

State College TownePlace Suites in State College, PA, is hiring a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs on-site. The role requires flexibility for weekends/holidays and adherence to hotel policies.

Responsibilities include processing payments, generating daily reports, resolving room-status discrepancies with Housekeeping, and delivering friendly, professional guest service. Prior hotel or customer-service experience is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
