Job summary

Snowbird in Utah is seeking a Front Desk Agent at the Iron Blosam Lodge to deliver outstanding guest service from check-in to check-out. You will assist guests with reservations, answer questions, and handle payments while maintaining privacy and a welcoming atmosphere.

This full-time position requires flexibility for shifts 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities to grow within a resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel receptionist job experience is a plus.
• Great listening, speaking, presentation, and up sell skills.
• Multitasking is a must.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out in a professional and friendly manner.
• Display the ability to communicate discount and up sell strategies.
• Accommodate guests’ special requests and VIP arrivals with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Book Lodging Reservations using knowledge of occupancy levels as well as answer Softphone calls when appropriate.
• Respond to guest questions and tasks action to resolve customer complaints.
• Verify guest payments: process credit cards.
• Protect guest privacy.
• Assist guests with restaurant and spa reservations and general knowledge of the resort.
• Post after hours Sundries shop charges in the PMS system.
• Assist guest services (concierge) when needed.
• Update guest tiles with phone number & email address at check in.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor.
