Interurban Suites Hotel in Tukwila near Seattle is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check in/out, handle inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software (Cloudbeds is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.

Position Overview:
