Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register them into the computer.
• Process payments at registration and checkout, manage cash and deposits.
• Handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and courtesy.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
