Job description

Our hotel offers sensibly priced accommodations within steps of Legacy Place shopping and entertainment facility. Attractions like Gillette Stadium and Faniuel Hall are an easy and convenient drive in either direction. Enjoy dinner at our Asian-inspired restaurant, Bamboo. 200 Rooms, 5,000 sq. ft. event space.

The rate of pay for this role is $17-18 per hour.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests.
  2. Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests.
  3. Streamline the check-in and check-out process for guests.
  4. Answer incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalism.
  5. Excel at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  6. Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.

Physical Demands:

  1. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 10 lbs.
  2. Primarily standing for the majority of the shift.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or its equivalent.

Experience:

  1. One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
  2. One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required.
  3. Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel.
  4. Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: OPERA, OnQ.
