Job summary

The Setai in Miami Beach is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to welcome guests with discretion and grace. The role requires at least 2 years of front desk experience in a luxury hotel or 3 years in a boutique or high-end independent hotel.

You will deliver Total Guest Satisfaction, handle check-ins and guest requests, and uphold The Setai’s renowned standards of service. This is a full-time, non-management position with benefits and opportunities within a premier oceanfront property.
