The Ghoman Group is hiring a Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor for our Residence Inn by Marriott location in Carmel, Indiana. You will check guests in and out, assist with inquiries and complaints, accept payments, and balance cash at shift end.

You should have hotel experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work weekends and holidays. In addition to competitive pay $15–$22 per hour this role includes a $1,000 signing bonus paid monthly and vacation accrual after the first

Qualifications

• 1+ years front desk agent experience preferred.
• Professional appearance required.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, handle inquiries, problems and complaints.
• Receive guest payments and balance cash at end of shift.
• Be familiar with hotel tariffs and offers, assist with reservations and dining reservations.
• Operate the switchboard and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure keys are returned at guest departure.
