Job Description

The Hospitality Worker II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating guest concerns or issues. Responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Greet and provide customer service to guests, anticipating their needs.
2. Supply guests or travelers with directions, travel information, and details about available services and points of interest.
3. Book reservations, rentals, and coordinate registration processes.
4. Operate a register and/or software system to process cash and credit card transactions.
5. Answer phone calls and emails, and deliver messages as needed.
6. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
7. Coordinate the resolution of guest concerns.
8. Communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
