Job Description

The Cleaning Services Worker I is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all designated areas.
• Use and store equipment properly.
• Regularly check equipment and report deficiencies.
• Ensure equipment safety and functionality.
• Assist with linen systems.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Operate site washing machines for internal laundry when appropriate.
• Follow health and safety regulations and fire policies.
• Report hazards to management.
• Maintain hygiene standards.
• Address customer comments or complaints according to company policy.
• Maintain high standards of clothing, footwear, headgear, and personal hygiene.
• Participate in training to improve performance.
• Suggest improvements and take corrective actions as needed.
• Carry out other reasonable instructions from management.
