Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Representative at the Courtyard by Marriott Hamilton in Hamilton, Ohio. Be prepared to handle check-ins/check-outs and provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing payments, resolving guest concerns, and delivering information and services with a friendly, professional approach. Prior hotel experience and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
