The Courtyard Hamilton by Shaner Hotels in Hamilton, Ohio, is seeking guest services staff. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, handling payments, and providing information to guests to ensure a seamless stay.

• Generate daily reports and resolve discrepancies with Housekeeping.

• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
