Job Overview

The Marriott Renaissance Hotel is seeking a creative and guest-focused front desk agent to join their team of fun-spirited members! Our newly renovated 250+ room hotel, with nearly 5,000 sq ft of meeting space, is conveniently located for both business and leisure travelers. Must be available to work evenings & weekends.

About the Property

Located near the Mall of America, our hotel features a modern American restaurant with a Minnesota twist, an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, 24-hour fitness center, and a recent remodel with a Minnesotan theme.

The pay range is $17 to $17.50/hour based on experience. This role includes a $1,000 retention incentive: $250 at 90 days, $250 at 6 months, and $500 on first anniversary.

Physical Demands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of front desk experience in hotels preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service or guest-facing role experience required
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with hotel PMS systems like OPERA is a plus
