Spire Hospitality is seeking a guest-focused Front Desk Agent for the Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel. The role requires availability mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour based on experience.

You will warmly welcome guests, streamline check-in/out, and provide exceptional service to ensure memorable stays. Previous front desk or guest-facing experience is preferred, with familiarity in MS Office and hotel software.

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and hotel software.
• Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, skilled, guest-focused front desk agent to join their fun-spirited team! The 250+ room hotel, with nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, is conveniently located for business and leisure travelers. Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The pay is $17.50 based on experience!

Qualifications

Education

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Experience

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred


• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required


• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel


• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus
