Job summary

Mystic Lake Hotel in Prior Lake, MN seeks a friendly hotel front desk attendant to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and set a positive tone at our premier casino destination.

You will collect payments, upsell hotel offerings, and communicate promotions in a fast-paced setting. The 2:30 pm–11:00 pm schedule includes weekend work; benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k), PTO and more.

Weekly pay and a $1,000 signing bonus are offered to new team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year guest service and cash handling experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English clearly.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse population.
• Working knowledge of basic computer operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out at the front desk.
• Collect payments and upsell hotel offerings.
• Maintain high-level guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
