Onix Hospitality in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for a full-time swing shift. You will warmly greet guests, manage registrations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year front desk experience, basic hotel software skills, and strong communication. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year previous front desk experience, preferably in a large volume property.
• Hotel computer experience.
• Ability to type 30-35 wpm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to guests throughout all stages of the guest's stay and assist with registrations and room assignments.
• Verify guest payment methods and follow credit-checking procedures.
• Maintain front desk records and communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel staff.
• Promote services and upsell rooms and hotel amenities as appropriate.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping and notify maintenance of issues.
• Ensure familiarity with property brands and the ONIX HOSPITALITY portfolio.
• Assist with lobby upkeep during slow periods and support breakfast service.
