Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, record accurate information and notes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and local area knowledge.
• Resolve guest issues and recover service to WOW guests.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and amenities to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments and follow procedures for posting, deposits and refunds.
• Maintain house bank and communicate important info to the manager on duty.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and hotel policies.
