The Alexander, Autograph Collection in downtown Indianapolis is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check-in, and provide information.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, assist with local recommendations, and collaborate with hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Candidates should have customer service experience, cash handling ability, and familiarity with hotel systems; flexible schedules required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
