Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the morning shift on a part-time basis. You will welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and ensure a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Join a friendly, service-oriented team in a mountain setting. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a smile, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Availability to work from 6:30 am to 2 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, approximately three days a week.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, cancellations, and guest requests.
• Provide information on resort amenities and local attractions.
