Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent guest service and aim to amaze guests.
  2. Greet guests with a smile, maintain eye contact, and be professional in appearance.
  3. Register guests, verify reservations, and handle payments accurately.
  4. Manage cash and deposits, and handle currency exchanges and safety deposit boxes.
  5. Respond promptly to guest complaints and requests.
  6. Answer phones courteously and assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  7. Assist with transportation, luggage, and local area information.
  8. Handle messages, wake-up calls, and guest mail/faxes.
  9. Promote hotel amenities and upsell rooms and services.
  10. Follow hotel policies, including safety and security procedures.
  11. Maintain effective communication with all departments.
  12. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned and ensure consistent attendance.
