Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service and aim to amaze guests.
- Greet guests with a smile, maintain eye contact, and be professional in appearance.
- Register guests, verify reservations, and handle payments accurately.
- Manage cash and deposits, and handle currency exchanges and safety deposit boxes.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and requests.
- Answer phones courteously and assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Assist with transportation, luggage, and local area information.
- Handle messages, wake-up calls, and guest mail/faxes.
- Promote hotel amenities and upsell rooms and services.
- Follow hotel policies, including safety and security procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned and ensure consistent attendance.
