Location Description
Saddlebrook Resort, a 480-acre award-winning destination near Tampa, Florida, offers a car-free walking village setting with lagoons, cypress trees, 495 rooms and suites, nine courtyards, exceptional dining, two golf courses, tennis courts, and more.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist guests with arrival and departure, providing positive experiences.
  2. Greet guests warmly, listen to requests, and provide accurate information.
  3. Complete registration, confirm details, assign rooms, and prepare keys and welcome folders.
  4. Verify credit cards, handle payments, and post charges.
  5. Answer phones professionally, relay messages, and handle mail and packages.
  6. Close guest accounts at checkout, ensure satisfaction, and resolve issues.
  7. Address guest complaints, research solutions, and negotiate resolutions.
  8. Remain calm during emergencies and busy periods, using judgment and discretion.
  9. Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Hotel experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in calculator use for complex calculations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office area.
  • Ability to input and access information accurately on computer systems.
  • Detect signs of emergency situations.
  • Effective communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Availability for full-time work, including weekends and holidays.
