FRONT DESK AGENT

We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our polished and professional team—someone who brings infectious pride, acts with integrity, and takes ownership in everything they do.

Position Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional service to guests from check-in to check-out. Your warm welcome, efficiency, and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out procedures using both manual and computerized systems.
  • Accurately handle guest payments, post charges, and maintain precise financial records.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and make reservations in person and by phone using effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain strong guest relations by being knowledgeable about hotel and local area events.
  • Operate PBX system for calls, wake-up services, and guest messaging.
  • Manage front desk cash transactions and ensure compliance with hotel banking policies.
  • Process and deliver guest mail, messages, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support hotel operations by assisting team members, maintaining communication logs, and ensuring guest safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure environments
  • Comfortable using computers, cash handling systems, and standard office equipment
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Compensation/Job Classification

  • $20.00 – 22.00 per hour
  • Full-Time Position
  • Hourly
