Position Summary: Assist in daily Front Office operations, delivering a five-star experience. Serve as a support to the Front Office and Dining Room teams, ensuring a luxury experience for all guests.

Essential Functions:

• Cross between a hotel front desk agent and restaurant host/hostess
• Act as an ambassador for The Inn in guest interactions
• Provide top-notch guest service, including check-in/out, seating, answering calls/emails, relaying requests, and assisting with coats and food walking
• Run reports, complete checklists, and greet guests warmly
• Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for room status
• Work closely with dining and culinary teams to meet guest needs
• Follow Forbes standards and demonstrate proficiency with Resortsuite and Tock software
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and maintain professionalism
• Know the Inn's history and follow sanitization policies

Qualifications:

• Required: 1-2 years of front desk or restaurant hosting experience, Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, age 16+, professional appearance
• Desirable: Forbes standards familiarity, multilingual abilities, certifications in alcohol awareness and CPR, experience with Resortsuite and Tock

Skills:

• Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and payment processing skills
• Ability to cross-train and assist in various departments
• Knowledge of local area and property amenities

Physical Demands:

• Lift over 30 lbs., stand, walk, reach, bend, push, pull, twist, and climb as needed
