What you’ll do

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting atmosphere.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and enhance guest experiences.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist with guest services by providing information about local attractions, amenities, and hotel services.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all guest needs are met promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk roles is highly desirable.
