The Westin St. Louis, located in downtown, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with accuracy and a guest-first approach.

You will handle inquiries, assist with concierge services, and operate front desk software while maintaining a polished, energetic presence in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with computer systems and hotel property management software.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
