Purpose of Position

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Agent handles all registration desk responsibilities, including check-in and check-out. The role involves assisting with room sales and assignments, and delivering an elevated guest experience.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in guest services preferred.
  • Previous experience with Opera is preferred.
  • Knowledge of a second language is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and promote teamwork.
  • Results-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight, and overtime as needed.
