Job summary

Coury Hospitality, the team behind Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, seeks a Front Desk Agent to be the face of guest service at the on-site front desk. You greet guests, check in/out, handle requests and help create memorable experiences in the Gaslamp Quarter.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll deliver personalized recommendations, manage arrivals/departures, and collaborate with housekeeping, valet and engineering to ensure seamless service with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures with accuracy and care.
• Assist with room assignments, billing, reservations, and guest requests.
• Provide recommendations on hotel amenities, dining, nightlife, and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Valet, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Help create memorable moments that elevate the guest experience.
