Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
• Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities
• Audit, balance, and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings, etc., in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Desirable Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
• Experience with hotel reservations software, like OnQ or Opera
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
