Description
The Inn on Fifth is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our amazing team! As the first and last person a guest sees, this role gives us the opportunity to set the tone for the guest experience and to correct any issues upon departure. Positioned in the lobby of the hotel, the front desk is a hub for guests to receive information and ask questions about the property and local area attractions. We are looking for an individual with a dynamic personality to take ownership of guests from all backgrounds and make them feel welcome and appreciated.
