A leading hotel in Lewiston is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with previous hospitality experience are preferred, and flexibility regarding working hours is essential.
Greeting and Checking In/Out Guests: Welcoming guests upon arrival, processing their check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring accurate registration.
Managing Reservations: Handling room reservations via phone, online, or in-person, including making changes and cancellations.
Answering Guest Inquiries: Responding to guest questions, requests, and concerns about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
Handling Payments: Processing payments for room stays, services, and other charges.
Providing Information: Sharing information about the hotel's amenities, facilities, and local attractions.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Front Desk: Ensuring the front desk area is tidy and organized.
Assisting with Other Tasks: May assist with other tasks as needed, such as carrying bags, answering phone calls, or handling complaints.
Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests professionally and courteously.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage reservations, guest records, and other administrative tasks efficiently.

Accuracy in recording information, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
