Amoray Dive Resort in the Florida Keys is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our guest experience. You’ll handle check-in/check-out, reservations and payments, and share expert knowledge of resort amenities and local attractions to create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn PMS.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage efficient check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, room assignments and payments.
• Provide information about amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle special requests with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Manage multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support resort security procedures and emergency protocols.

• Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records
• Support resort security procedures and emergency protocols
