Pines and Palm Resort in the Florida Keys is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and be the first touchpoint for an unforgettable stay. You’ll learn our property systems, share local tips, and coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and manage efficient check-in/check-out processes.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle special requests and resolve concerns with a positive approach.
• Manage multi-line phone system professionally.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain records.
• Support security procedures and emergency protocols.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of the Florida Keys area (preferred but not required)
