Position Summary: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests courteously, handling inquiries, check-ins/outs, and room reservations.

Essential Functions
  1. Assisting guests professionally and courteously at all times.
  2. Providing high levels of service and hospitality.
  3. Addressing guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
  4. Posting charges, collecting payments, and following cash handling procedures.
  5. Managing guest mail and messages with discretion.
  6. Knowledge of hotel programs, travel offers, and brand standards.
  7. Communicating effectively with departments and management regarding guest feedback.
  8. Responding quickly to calls, visitors, and team members needing assistance.
  9. Understanding hotel safety and emergency procedures.
  10. Flexible schedule, including floating between 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  2. Experience in customer service or guest-related roles.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications.
  4. Experience in hospitality as a front desk agent or similar role preferred.
  5. Familiarity with hotel PMS systems, Quore, PBX, and related systems preferred.
  6. Fluent English speaking and excellent communication skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills under pressure.
