What you will be doing

You will help create an excellent and memorable stay for our guests by welcoming and serving each guest with exceptional service, either in person or by phone, and ensuring that guests are checked in and out in a friendly and timely manner.

Requirements

Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required. You may be required to work nights, weekends,, and/or holidays. This job requires the ability to perform the following: talking, hearing, and interacting with guests regularly; using hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls; walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms; lifting/moving up to 10 pounds; standing for long periods.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent. One to three months of related experience and/or training.
