Join to apply for the Front Desk Agent role at Cape Resorts.

Position overview: This role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to checkout, including registration, checkout, and cashiering.

Key duties include:

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests, registering them into the system, verifying reservation and payment details.
  2. Accepting payments, maintaining a house bank, and reporting daily receipts.
  3. Issuing keys, controlling safety deposit boxes, and posting charges.
  4. Handling mail and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  5. Booking reservations via phone and at the front desk.
  6. Communicating professionally with staff and management.
  7. Handling customer concerns and compliments, upholding customer service standards.
  8. Responding to inquiries about hotel services, rates, and amenities.
  9. Informing guests about hotel services and facilities.

Required skills include knowledge of PMS (Maestro), Microsoft Word and Excel, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years in a customer-facing role.
