Pyramid Global Hospitality's Dellshire property in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and deliver a memorable first impression.

You will check guests in, share information, resolve issues with a WOW mindset, promote hotel programs, and coordinate with other departments, while maintaining emergency procedures and a clean house bank. Join a team that values guest service, teamwork, and flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Wanderlust experience and exceptional customer service.
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received and information is accurate.
• Help resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff professionally and assist other departments.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, and refunds; assist other departments as needed.
