Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts at Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel, is seeking a Front Desk Agent who delivers exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism. You will welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, process payments, and assist with guest requests, while maintaining the brand’s standards and operating procedures.

The Front Desk Agent reports to the Assistant Director of Rooms. Work authorization for the location is required.

Front Desk Receptionist:

Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel, is seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join Front Office Team.

The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Candidate is preferred to have previous experience in a luxury, fast paced environment. Availability to work overnight shifts required.Candidate must have authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for individuals with high organizational skills. Speaking, writing and reading English is required. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts including overnight, holidays and weekends.

Hourly Rate:

First 9 months: $27.15 (80% of contract rate)

Next 9 months: $30.55 (90% of contract rate)

After completion of 18 months of service: 33.94 (100% of contract rate).
