Job description

Front Desk Agent position at Residence Inn by Marriott Berkeley.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit, special requests are noted, and accurate information is established
• Resolve problems and provide recovery to "WOW" guests when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
• Maintain house bank, post charges, cash checks, safe deposits, and refunds
• Communicate pertinent information to manager on duty
• Assist other departments as needed

Compensation
