The Role

Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and information. This highly visible role provides authentic connection and has a direct impact on creating a positive guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries through in-person and telephone communication. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk agent or you have an interest in learning and growing within hotel operations, we'd love to hear from you!

The 31st floor is the home of the Artist’s Residence, a 1,400sq ft suite and event space with an outdoor terrace. Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have open availability (weekends, evenings, and availability to work overnight periodically is a requirement)
• Opera experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
