Job Summary: We are looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to our team to manage all aspects of hotel guest accommodations. You will welcome new guests, issue room keys, manage reservations, and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  2. Manage online and phone reservations
  3. Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  4. Register guests, collecting necessary information such as contact details and stay dates
  5. Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
  6. Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
  7. Respond to client complaints professionally and promptly
  8. Liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished
  9. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIPs and event attendees
  10. Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
  11. Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Qualifications
  1. Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
  2. Familiarity with hotel reservation software such as OnQ or Opera
  3. Customer service experience
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
