Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a patient-facing dental office administrator in Edinburg, TX. The role requires bilingual Spanish communication, insurance verification, and appointment coordination as you support a multi-office dental group with a growing footprint in the United States.

Responsibilities include handling patient interactions with a positive attitude, gathering patient data, processing claims, and assisting the team in daily tasks and outreach to the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dental experience is preferred
• Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience helpful
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• This position may require the employee to use his/her personal vehicle to travel to different work sites during the course of the work day, which means you would need an active, valid Driver’s License.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Must bring that BIG personality to engage and entertain our patients
• Educate our patients and surrounding community through ongoing outreach efforts
• Collect the appropriate information from our patients to verify insurance eligibility
• Ensure patient payments are collected at time of service.
• Input the required data to create insurance claims
• Gather patient health history as required
• Schedule appointments with our patients daily
• Gather the appropriate data to obtain pre-authorizations for treatment
• Support your team
• Daily housekeeping (will be shared with other staff)
• Performs all other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
