Job summary

The Good Shepherd Community in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking aReceptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will create a welcoming environment and provide essential support across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative or office experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living or long term care setting preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage interruptions required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
• Monitor the front lobby and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Greet and direct guests, vendors, residents, families, and employees with warmth and professionalism
• Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed
• Maintain the cash box and accurately record resident trust account transactions
