Job summary

Cattlemens is seeking a Front Desk/Host to warmly welcome guests and manage seating at our family-owned steakhouse.

As the heart of hospitality, you will help create memorable dining experiences, assist guests, and liaise with servers and management to ensure smooth service. Training is provided; no previous experience is required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willing to be trained even if you have no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every guest who walks through our doors.

• Maintain an organized host stand and accurate waitlist using reservation tools.
• Serve as the information center for the restaurant—answering questions and assisting guests with a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to optimize guest satisfaction.
• Deliver a lasting positive impression by thanking guests and inviting them back.
