CENTER FOR SPINE JOINT AND NEUROMUS in Murfreesboro is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our musculoskeletal and sports medicine clinic. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient billing support at our Murfreesboro location.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of medical front desk experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of medical front desk experience (orthopedics, physical therapy, or sports medicine preferred)
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm, professional smile and create a positive first impression
• Manage a fast-paced schedule: check-ins, check-outs, appointment scheduling, and phone calls
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and handle patient billing questions
• Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
• Maintain accurate patient records in our EMR system (experience with eClinicalWorks, etc. a plus)
• Assist with light administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, referral coordination)

Expanding Musculoskeletal & Sports Medicine Clinic in Brentwood is seeking an energetic, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. The days to work are M-Th at our Murfreesboro location.

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients with a warm, professional smile and create a positive first impression
